Job Description: we are looking for a Business Manager ? Flexibles



PURPOSE

The primary accountabilities of the Business Manager?Flexibles are to Identify business opportunities in Flexible Packaging for (additive /Masterbatches) and implement the required targets /measures to market the products of Company?s Overseas Principals in India.



KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Identify Customers in Flexible Packaging Sector and develop the products designated by the company. 

Identify changes in business dynamics, market place opportunities,competitive threats, supply position etc.

Responsible for handling local warehouse sales.



REQUIREMENTS:



Essential :

Bachelor?s degree in Plastics / Polymer /Packaging Technology  with minimum 7 to 10 years of experience in  Flexible Packaging Industry / or marketing Polymers /masterbatches to Flexible Packaging Companies 

Highly motivated with a sales oriented personality.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Proficiency in English and ability to communicate with Foreign Principals .



Desirable :

Good analytical and problem solving skills.

Team player  &  willing to travel all over India

Knowledge of Flexible Packaging Industry. 

Residing in Mumbai/Thane/Navi Mumbai

About Company: Leading Importer, Supplier, Trading Company of Chemical foaming plastics, Physical foaming plastics and Antiblock or slip masterbatch.

Minimum Education: Graduate - Degree
