We are looking for a National Service Head

Candidate should have 10 to 20 years of experience of service or technical sales in plastics processing machine manufacturing industry



He/She will ensure that customer complaints receive timely response from the service and support team

He will co-ordinate with various departments to ensure that required spares are shipped in time to the client.

Ensuring satisfactory closure of all complaints

Co-ordinate with clients and ensure they are happy with support and service

Prepare analysis reports on different modes of failure, their frequency and present them to the management

Help bring down fault rate

He will report to the Director of the company
