Job Description: We are looking for Production Supervisor - Injection Molding 



Responsible for overseeing the production activities during the shift, ensuring quality, efficiency, and timely delivery while maintaining safety standards.

Monitor and manage daily production activities in the injection molding unit.

Ensure the adherence to quality standards and timely completion of production targets.

Assist in setting up molds, machines, and auxiliary equipment as per production requirements.

Conduct first-off inspections and ensure processes are running efficiently.

Coordinate with the Quality team to resolve any defects or issues.

Supervise and guide machine operators and helpers during the shift.

Maintain records of production, downtime, and material usage.

Ensure adherence to safety and housekeeping protocols.

Basic knowledge of molds, machines, and auxiliary equipment.

Good communication and leadership skills.
