Job Title: Production Manager

Job Description: Production Performance & Efficiency:

Achieve 100% Delivery Performance Index (DPI) by ensuring timely and efficient production.

Monitor and improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) to enhance productivity.

Ensure 100% asset utilization, optimizing machine and workforce efficiency.



Quality & Cost Management:

Drive Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ) reduction month-on-month, addressing customer complaints, internal scrap, and supplier scrap.

Implement quality control measures to minimize defects and rework.



Plant Upkeep & Compliance:

Maintain high housekeeping scores (above 85%) to ensure a clean and organized production floor.

Keep the plant audit-ready at all times for customer and compliance inspections.

Ensure adherence to industry regulations, safety standards, and best manufacturing practices.



Employee Engagement & Development:

Foster a positive work environment and engage employees through motivation and involvement initiatives.

Work with HR and training teams to develop skill enhancement programs for production staff.



Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of Rubber / Plastic manufacturing processes, production planning, and lean manufacturing.

Expertise in quality management, cost control, and efficiency improvement.

Ability to manage customer audits and maintain plant compliance.

Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
