Job Profile:- 

Product design & support application engineering change failure analysis 

Project Execution and Delivery - Study the design requirements, create 3D model/ design on CAD software as per requirements; test the model/drawing with counterparts / release the 3D model , drawing and product structure                                                                 

Technically sound and able to define manufacturing processes and quality standard.

Designing of Packing Specifications and Standards, Jigs & Fixtures, Inspection Gauges.

Handling new vendor development, Vendor Development activities..

Lead process development efforts and problems solve process issues with process tech.

Work with tooling personnel to evaluate and coordination necessary tooling modification to Improve capability indices 

Identify tooling process problems preventing optimal process conditions,

Project monitoring and follow-up, Organization Work for team and follow up on Action. 

To find and develop new vendors for doing various jobs works. & New Production line setup.

Full production run of new part before handing over to production, Analysis of processes and materials for cost reduction. Preparation of BOM?s, Part & Source List, Work Instructions & Component, process, product Specifications. Updating of revised and standard Drawings as per various projects

Know of Engineering drawing and GD & T.

To discuss the problem in parts with the seniors and hand over to tool room for corrective action.
