Played a key role in New Injection Moulding Machine installation & Up gradation of old existing Machines for gas interface 

Handling breakdown and preventive maintenance of moulding machines & utilities.

Prepared for spares required for moulding machine and auxiliary equipments

Maintenance of electrical / electronics / mechanical / hydraulic control machines.

Maintenance of assembly machines (Automatic).

Troubleshooting and maintenance of paint shop (Gas & Diesel Fired)

PLC Controlled machines troubleshooting.

Robot installation in injection molding machine with the help of service engineer. 

As per plan, carry out daily/weekly/monthly/yearly preventive maintenance.

Installation and commissioning of plant machineries.
