Developing new product with colour.

Handle the manpower.

Knowledge of TWIN SCREW EXTRUDER.

Plant Expansion under my observation.

Knowledge of Quality Testing i.e. Tensile Strength, MFI, Filler Content, Izod Impact, 

Colour matching with the help of SPECTROPHOTOMETER.

Development of new color Masterbatches as per the customer?s specification.
