Job profile  -

Quality Management System Implementation

Develop a Quality Management System in line with IATF standard & internal processes.

Initiate & monitor Internal Audit Program and Supervise periodic Internal Audits

Review audit findings with top management & supervise implementation of Corrective Action plan for all NCs in specified time lines

Ensure the process quality for all processes in the plant

Conduct continuous review of procedures, manuals & polices IN ORDER TO maintain compliance to customer product specifications

Customer Complaint Management

Track customer complaints

Form CFT to Analyze and initiate corrective and preventive Actions

Initiate process audits & mistake proofing methods

Maintain effective Customer Relationship Management

IN ORDER TO Control customer returns (Rejects)

Supplier Quality Improvement

Initiate Supplier Audit Program and monitor periodic supplier audits

Assist Suppliers to put in place Preventive Actions to control incoming rejections

Assist Suppliers to establish Quality Management Systems IN ORDER TO limit incoming rejections and to support customer quality 

specifications

Evaluate Supplier's Quality Systems and processes IN ORDER TO identify right supplier for the business in terms of Quality
