JOB PROFILE:

Operation and maintenance of 2 X1000 M3/Hr Pre-Treatment Plant, 2X 50 M3/Hr Semi-automatic DM PLANT (TRIVENI MAKE), 5X10M3/Hr UF Plant, 6X120M3/Hr Side stream filter.

Suggesting for corrective actions for maintaining the water quality in water treatment plant, boilers, cooling tower & at the time of alkali boil out and steam blowing activity in boilers.

Evaluation of qualities of Water, Coal & Bed Materials.

Laboratory set up & Calibration of laboratory instruments.

Troubleshooting & carrying out the maintenance activities with the help of maintenance team & Maintenance spares management.

Maintaining new modifications, Safety and manpower handling.

Quality control and operation trend analysis of boiler water treatment and cooling water treatment.

Keeping the updated stock of all commercial and laboratory grade chemicals & tracking the same

Formulating the documentation in a systematic manner and report making (daily, weekly, and monthly) & well known about ERP system.



INSTRUMENT HANDLED:

PH meter, Conductivity ? TDS meter, Nephelo?Turbidity meter, Flame photo meter, Spectrophotometer ?106, DR 2800, Distillation Unit, Water Bath, Hot Air Oven, Muffle Furnance, Pulveriser, Hot Plate, Physical Balance, Dona Balance, Electronic Balance & Bomb Colorimeter.
