Verify the quality of incoming Materials, Supplier?s supplied items.

Conduct quality check of finished product before release for dispatch

Maintain some documents i.e. Evaluate Supplier?s PPM, Daily trend chart, Pareto analysis, Supplier?s quality performance report, CAPA, Process FMEA, CPCPK, Gauge R&R, C&E diagram etc.

Provide quality assessment support to Production Department for inspecting 1st few pieces in start up production.
