Job Profile:

As a Quality control Engineer which includes quality testing and carrying out inspection and testing of incoming raw materials, carrying out in process& final stage inspection of HDPE pipes as per ISI standards (I.S: 4984-95) which includes dimensional test, visual appearance, reversion test, overall migration test, density test, MFI test, CBC & CBD test and looking on line inspection of HDPE pipes. Disposition of Non-conformities products, calibration and maintaining records of instruments and other measuring equipments and reported to Production Manager or MD. As a Production Engineer which includes preparation of production planning for daily production, for achieving production targets, maintaining quality, efficiency monitoring with respect to man and machine out put and handling shop floor and looking forward the maintenance of mechanical other developmental work and coordination with other departments and reported to ED or MD.
