Job Profile:-

Visiting Customers to attend complaints.

Suggesting solutions to customers.

Trial of new moulds and materials and getting approvals from customers.

Injection Molding M/c job setting & start up. 

Problem analysis & trouble shooting.                    

Responsible for managing production in shifts.

Allocation of Manpower & Shift Handling.

Production Planning 

Statistically Process control.     

Material Processed: Nylon, PBT, PC, PP, ABS, SAN, HIPS, GPPS, PEEK. PET, PBT, PPO, PES, PE, PF. Etc.
