Responsible for developing and implementing production/processing methods and

controls to meet quality standards in the most cost efficient manner.

Planning of schedule, execution of Production batches, Raw material plan monthly,Quarterly

Perform investigation and resolve work-in-process problems.

Responsible for supervising and managing plant, equipment and process improvement projects.

Coordinate with Plant Process Engineers and hourly technical personnel to optimize manufacturing processes.

Distribution of work in order to achieve daily production target.

Simultaneously working towards productivity and quality improvement through Kaizen activities.

Preparing and implementing action plans effectively to maximize overall equipment efficiency of production machines as well as get desired

quality.Preparing management information reports to ensure progress in the department.

Responsible for developing new production process methods based on their application and formulation of production.

Daily Testing Raw Material Finished Good, In-process Product properties.

Checking Mechanical Testing properties Such as Tensile,Elongation,Flexural Modulus, Flexural Strength, Izod Impact,Flammability,Heat Aging Test, Odour Test,

Bend Test, Stress Whitening Test as well as Physical properties MFI,FC,Density & Color.

Testing of ROHS (Heavy Metals) substances on X-RAY FLOROSCENCE ANALYSER.

Maintaining documents like Daily Production Report,Changeover Cheksheet,Daily Maintenance Checksheet,Charging Sheet,Material Balance Sheet,Store Requisition Slip,Dock Audit, Final Product Audit, Layout Inspection Report, MSA, BIAS, R&R,

MPPA Audit, SPC, FG Mechanical Report, RM Mechanical Report, NC & Deviation Reports, MOM, Supplier Rating Forms, PPAP.
