As a maintenance executive, I have to look after all Maintenance Activities of the Plant such as Machine Maintenance, Utility Maintenance and calibration.

Guide the supervisor for preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance

Breakdown analysis related to machine and utility equipment.

Documenting the breakdown analysis for monthly analyzing. Update MIS report for overall analyzing.

Organize training of subordinate in maintenance in co-ordination with HR

Approval of critical spare needed for preventive & breakdown maintenance of machine.

Verify preventive maintenance report to ensure PM timely to avoid breakdown.
