More Involvement in Color matching after one year. 

Deep knowledge on color matching and selection on pigments base on customer requirements.

Technically very sound on color matching of all type of plastics ? PE/ PP/ PC/ PET/ PMMA/ PS/ ABS etc.

Good knowledge on custom base compounding like PC, UV compounding, Optical brightener PET etc.

Testing Raw material and issuing repot to material section.

Very well knows inorganic and organic pigment and technically details- heat stability, light fatness, migration, food contact regulations etc.

DYE staff and their use in masterbatch.

Knowledge on additive masterbatch- UV, Green house, Antistatic, Slip, Antiblocking, etc.

Selection of resin and blend.

Effect of processing parameters on products.

Selections and effect of Waxes and process stabilizer.

Planning and scheduling to cover maximum out put.
