Job Profile:

Handling all activities in mould making and mould maintenance.

Scheme planning of machine for production.

Costing for new mould making.

Co-ordination with customer for project specifications and capability matching and Identify & record the problems related to Products / Process & to providing solution.

Submitting the trial samples and getting approval from our customer for production.

Weekly plan scheduling for machines according to customer requirement, responsible to increase productivity and to achieve set productivity norms. 

Checking work done by sub ? ordinate engineers.

Raw material planning for mould making. 

Taking try outs of the customized mould manufactured in our tool room.

Daily visiting to vendor places in which our mould production work is done. 

Follow up of vendor companies were our mould making and mould maintenance work going  

Trouble shooting of mould defects.

Mould preventive & corrective maintenance plan & improvement activity.

To look after the mould maintenance activity.

Mould modification as per R & D Requisition.

Designing & Making new inserts for rectification.

Good knowledge of HRS.

Handling on machine mould break down.

Knowledge of Documentation.

Maintain 5S on shop floor.

Manpower handling & motivation.
