Job Profile:

On line testing responsibility as per STI control level & various testing conducted as per IS-4985, IS-12818, IS 13592, IS 4984 & ASTMD-1785.

Responsible for the quality related issues like in process non-conformance and final inspection.

Calibration of testing equipment in lab & various equipment of production Shop floor.

Also mentain testing records, third party inspection (PDI) of CIPET & EPM.

Controlling and Handling production, Raw Material and Compounding.

Observing Safety maintenance of Extrusion Machinery timely (Gear Box 

Oil Level of Extruder, Feeder, Traction, Heaters, Temperature, Cutting 

Unit. Motors, Air Pneumatics, Mixture Cooling and Heating.
