Electrical control trouble shooting

Plan & execute preventive maintenance & predictive maintenance of all equipments & utilities.

Plan & maintain critical spares.



Utility

Maintenance of air compressor, chiller, D.G Sets, H.T Transformers. Etc.



Documentation and Managerial skills

Documentation of work procedures, preventive maintenance, caliberations as per ISO 9001 rules and formats

Manpower handling, job planning and follow up.

Follow up with purchase and store department for spares.

Liaison with outer agencies like electricity Board, Vendor development, etc.

Preparation and control of annual plant maintenance budget.

Special training

One month training in PLC, SCADA, DRIVES at PROLIFIC chandigrarh.
