Monitored the production clearance list and inventory status report in batch production to ensure that the production is progressing satisfactory as per plan.

To ensure timely execution of dispatch in co ordination with concerned departments

Ensured smooth coordination with the stores, dispatch, purchase & quality departments 

Responsible for planning, strategic decision making, organizing and leading and controlling the total operations.

Plan and review activity, provide support on technical issues, establish measure for process performance and over all Responsible for Production activity
