Company Profile: Manufactures and markets a wide range of nylon bias ply tyres and  butyl tubes for two and three wheelers, passenger cars, jeep, light commercial vehicles and farm vehicles.

Job Profile:

Follow up and execution of development related activities in product / process development.

Plan and work for reducing waste and increasing quality.

Parameters of the product and process.

To supervise various activities like unit wise process specification, display, preparation of work instructions and its display, data generation for routine checks for adherence to specification and quality, monitoring of scrap level-Shift/day/month wise, routine circulation of daily reports, housekeeping, record maintaining, testing etc.

Analysis of manifested process problem and troubleshooting solutions in shifts.

Communication and co-ordination with Production/Engg/Planning shift people,

making them aware of quality problems/scrap generation by displaying samples of defect.

Routine disposal of held up materials in shifts.

Report to Shift Manager in case of any specific problem, for guidance.

Issue of new process specification through display/docket.

Review of Analysis of competitors Product.

Follow up of check Product and Suggestion for improving process specification.

Requirement of QMS in line with ISO 9001:2000 ISO/TS 16949; 2002 & EOHS.



Knowledge in:

Knowledge of QMS standards such as ISO 9001:2008/TS16949:2009, PPAP, PFMEA, SPC & MSA.TPM, 5 S, Kaizen & 7 QC tool. 

Having knowledge in Product Design, Mixing and Curing.

Check Product making and cut section analysis.

In process check and rubber handling & solve process problems.

Testing of in-process materials.

Finished product testing.

Testing and Analysis of Rubber Products.

Product testing knowledge and trouble shooting of process problems.

Product Scrap, Defect Reduction and Trouble shooting.

Root cause analysis in respect with technical specification.



Major Achievements:

Implemented better flex resistance tread/side wall compound with cost effective for motor cycle radial tyre.

Implemented quality systems (Checks formats) and new process methods in order to achieve full set of customer satisfaction as well controlling non confirming product.

Participating with our team in APQP and FEMA analysis.
