Job Responsibilities:	

SCADA, PLC Operation

SAP PM, Notification awareness.

Siemens PLC and drives, Micromaster Drives

Control Valve repair & calibration.

Knowledge of Contractor logic,

Understanding electrical drawings.

Knowledge of wiring move by spreading electrical drawings

Responsible to maintain machine & manage the work activities of maintenance

Electrical equipment fault attend in mpcb, mcb, d-o-l starter, contactor, Micromaster & Siemens drives 

Testing for motor resistance, voltage, current, earthing, using clamp meter & insulation testing using Megger instrument.

Monitoring the total motors kw/hp using control panel, room & outer surroundings lighting illumination checked using lux meter, noise level also measure using tacho meter, all equipment temperature monitoring for temp indicator meter.

Monitoring the temperature & vibration as per CBM standard.

Basic knowledge of electrical drawing.

Establish safe working procedures in the area of responsibilities to keep the number of accident to the minimum or zero. 

Ensure proper training of TPM & 5S.
