Guiding continuous Improvement projects, Fixtures & Gauges Modification, Cycle Time Reduction, New Products Proving, Tool Life & Cost Improvement, Process Improvement and thus Quality Improvement.

Improving the productivity by reducing the quality non-conformances and downtimes as a TPM JH pillar leader

Establishing the tools and monitoring the tool life and its improvements.



Design Engineering:

Analysing and producing the technical requirements and specifications & recommending design modifications based on requirements of the lines.

Monitoring the impact of design modifications on product features.

Interfacing with designers and estimating & planning for detail engineering.

Analyzing the manufacturing problems.
