Production Planning & Control:

Monitoring production plan with respect to budgeted cost, demand forecasts, time over-runs to ensure timely execution of production; undertaking the preventive maintenance of mould and machinery to avoid breakdown.

Gathering information and executing the manufacturing processes such as planning, programming and productivity. 

Handling quality system implementation for Injection Moulding, Assembly Dept. etc. 

Quality Management:

Controlling & squeezing process deviation and maintaining the specified quality standards; monitoring adherence to quality systems, maintaining requisite documents to ensure complete in-process quality and improvement in process capabilities.
