Projects During Engineering

Design and development of New Product For Ashok Leyland R&D Centre, Chennai.

Our Project deals with Design & development of New product which has been already in Metal and replaced by PLASTIC MATERIAL assisted by, Product Design, Mold Design and Producing mini RAPID PROTOTYPE for concepts.

Mold Flow Analysis for LENS which is used for reflector by finding Suitable Process Parameters, proper Molding method and optimize the cycle time.

Optimization of Process parameters in injection moulding machine for cover in Grand Tools Pvt. Ltd., Chennai 

Setting the process parameters successfully within few trial shots and optimize the overall cycle time without any defects and save the cost to company.



Projects During Diploma

Design and Fabrication of FRP Scrubbing tower 

This is a pollution control equipment used in the industries for purifying the Waste like water, solid and Gas. Objective of my project is convert the metal scrubbing tower into FRP composite Scrubbing tower which has more corrosion resistance and life time when compare to normal Metal scrubbing tower.
