Xylene soluble of PP Grade and Special Samples from Plant & CS.

OIT analysis of P5300, & P5200 Grade. OOT analysis of F103 Grade

Rheological (Shear Rate Vs Viscosity) Study of Developmental Grade in Melt Flow Modular Machine.

Prepared Density Gradient column of High & Low PE Grade.  

Immediate Alerting to Plant during any deviation.

Online Pellet Quality Checking & Report shearing all Concerned Persons.

Familiar with sophisticated equipments like DSC, UTM, Viscometer, Stereo & Polarized Microscope, Melt Flow Modular, MFT, HDT/VICAT, Tear Testing.
