Job Profile:-

Responsible to prepare production program for the day & achievement of the target. 

Planning the requirement of raw material, packing material & work strength as per the production program 

Interaction & co ordination with maintenance dept, QA, QC, Stores. 

Improve quality - both in processes and finished goods. 

Improve productivity. 

Ensure the good upkeep of the department (infrastructure, m/c, equipments and housekeeping).

Trouble shooting on issues in production with an objective to find permanent solutions

To control daily production activities as per the production schedule.

To follow safety policy

Formulation of SOPs for production Processes

Implementation of KAIZEN, 5S, 5W System.

To monitor process performance, efficiency, wastage data analysis.

Ensuring 100% implementation and adherence of sap system.

Provide all tech. inputs to commercial dept to new product for costing.

Any other responsibility assigned by senior.
