Job Profile:

I am responsible for all activities of the unit like production, commercial, accounts and all other activities of the company.

Production planning and implementation

Planning for Preventive maintenance to avoid running maintenance losses and production loss.

Review and control of cost production, inventory, excise duties, sales tax 

Review of financial statistics

Review and control of Ageing of Raw material. Spares, Work in progress and Finished stocks

Liaison with Government bodies, Suppliers and Customers.

Feed back from customers and removal of their queries by providing quality product and timely delivery as per their schedule.

Control on Submission of statutory Returns Related Excise & Service Tax, Weekly E-Return through Internet etc.

Control of Waste/ rejection percentage.

I am responsible for New Product civil work.

I am responsible to full fill all statutory activities to obtain all licenses like factory registration, excise and sales tax registration, factory license and other mandatory formalities to start the company.

Control on completion of Export Formalities by all related procedures.
