Export: 

Handling Overseas enquiries with high end technical selling, B2B sales, 

Online product promotion by proving key words to web designing team.

Sales budgeting, sales promotion, business development

Follow up for the sample request received from the customer/new product development.

Preparation of Quotation / Price negotiation.

Follow for the customer feedback for samples & quotation.

Order execution / follow up with plant for on time deliveries

Having knowledge of Pre-shipment , Post shipment export documents

Extruded Plastic sheets made from Petrochemical products like Polypropylene, Polyethylene, Polystyrene, ABS & EVA

Countries to where we Export:

Import:

Co-ordination with sales department for the expected order booking & plan  ing for raw material required to execute that order according to import lead time.

Checking raw material stock & daily production summary

Preparing import MIS

Co-ordination with raw material supplier & machinery manufacturer

Having knowledge about Import documentation, 

Tracking of import ? export made under advance license & EPCG license



Additional Responsibility:

Preparation MIS for further capital expenditure 

Assisting finance team in availing term loan facility

Taking buyers credit  foreign currency loan vide import of plant & machinery

Having knowledge of supply to SEZ & availing benefit under bill of export
