Achieving the best possible volume, quality, productivity, waste focusing on optimization of process parameters and initiating process improvement for achieving bottom line objective and productivity targets.

Setting up production targets and achieving the planned production target and quality standard.

Cost reduction by reviewing raw material consumption, labour, utilities and maintenance.

Analysis of quality problems including customer complain, internal rejection to ensure review and validation sustenance of all action taken based on quality complains for achieving zero customer complaints.

Quality control on Thermoforming ie:

first piece inspection report, maintain and measure of grammage, bottom, top and middle thickness, dinesting, edge, sharpness, clarity with hourly quality control report.

Printing quality maintain ie:

Holes, Colour fastness, Letter reading, Marking, Spot on hourly report card.

Weekly Maintenance planning for Extruder, Thermoforming, Grinding, Printing, Chiller, Cooling Tower, Air compressor etc.

Monthly Mould descaling with Acid and Water.

Daily production calculation, Manpower costing for packing and over all costing, Electricity costing per kg and all reporting to M.D.

Maintaining & Controlling all stock level.

Monthly Report preparation for production, stores, Raw material with costing.

Liasion work with all Govt-non Govt Departments.

I am able to structure and make provisions to provide the company with I.S.O.Certificate.

Imparting continuous on job training to the work force for enhancing their productivity and operational efficiencies.
