Job Profile:

Responsible to Maintain proper process Quality activity as well as QMS of the plant as per ISO/TS 16949:2009.

Responsible of Supplier Quality Audit, Customer Quality Audit, Inprocess Quality Audit.

Action taken on observation & NC raised by external Auditors.

Responsible for Overall quality from Inward to Outward in the plant.

Responsible Supplier Improvement and reduction in supplier PPM at inward and in process levels.

To conduct daily internal rejection meeting.

Responsible for disposal action on internal/ external rejection. 

To identify & initiate corrective & Preventive actions for closing out of non-Conformances.

To carry out various trials of Development part at internal and customer end.

Responsible for PPAP, APQP submission & Approval from customer. 

To Plan and Conduct the SPC and MSA.
