Main customers are Maruti, Ford, Mahindra & Mahindra, Honda, Tata, Toyota, General Motors, Renault, and Volkswagen 

Job Profile:

Proficient in colour matching.

Preparation of MRM, Weekly Meeting Data, Batch Testing. Test Report, issuing of Formulation, preparation of MSDS, ELV Certificate, rejection analysis and report reparation for improvement and reduction in rejection.

Online production quality controls, sample testing for deferent polymer properties, color matching and preparation of reports.

Involvement in APQP activities, FMEA preparation, PPAP, etc.

Product Testing (MFR, Specific gravity, Color, tensile strength, Impact Strength, Heat Deflection Temperature, Ash content test, flexural strength & flexural modulus etc.

Handling Instruments like MFI tester, Instron, Impact tester, HDT m/c, Muffle Furnace, Oven.

Follow up of the customer complaints, supporting to the customer in removing of defects, data collection and complain analysis based on the injection moulding principles.
