Company Profile: Leading manufacturer of compressors with a production capacity of 1.5 Million units per annum. 

Job Profile:- 

Preparing of invoices for all out going material for domestic and export supplies.

Shipping, inventory & sales order management in oracle ERP 11i. 

Preparing of Goods receipt note (GRN) & Goods Dispatch Note (GDN) for inward & outward material transactions.

Ensure the correctness of Book stock, Physical stock and SCG(ERP System).

Preparing of MIS reports i.e. actual monthly despatch report, daily variation reports, operation review weekly data.

Coordinate with quality department for dispatch.

To coordinate and manage the transporter for despatch.

Warehouse management skills resulting in accurate inventory level

Streamlining the system and procedure, establishing inventory control ?slow, non-moving and obsolete material for ensuring ready availability of material to meet the constructing target. 

Maintaining the data base and records for the logistics department.

Despatch of goods to OEM?s, depot/warehouse and export customer to achieve the sales target within specified time/schedule.

Arrange dispatch of goods as per marketing orders received.
