JOB PROFILE:- 

Provide Overall management of the on going production operations including inventory control, scheduling, documentation, Equipment Maintenance, calibration and in process quality control & inspection.

Track quality of all process through analysis of recorded data and formation of additional test points also co relate results with requirements/ specifications.

Overseeing the production process, drawing up the production schedule and ensuring that the production process is cost effective.

Achieving target of Production and timely delivery material to achieve sales target of the company. 

Compliance of all duties towards FIBC/Domestic Bags Production Activity.

Accountable for implement/educate employee on production process.

Ensure that the wastage are maintain within the norms.

Reducing delay in production process.

Reviewing the performance of the employees and identify any necessary needs.

Accountable for providing appropriate support for bag making, assembly of various products etc.

Responsibility towards smooth operations entire production process & systems for both the units.

Managing blends of inputs given as per instructions.

Setting safety objectives and monitoring performance of staff on the same.

Ensuring all hazards, unusual occurrences, unsafe practices and safety accidents/incidences are reported and corrective action should be taken for the same.    

Ensuring cleanliness in the Factory premises.

Proper maintenance (Records & Documentations) as well as implementation of ISO.

Ensuring development of Venders for out sourcing manufacturing (Job Work) as per target given by the management. Also auditing them on standard parameters.

Any other duties and entrusted by higher authorities.

Safe guard all the documents ( hard copy/soft copy) related to the work area.
