Prepare hourly production report & rejection report.

Handling injection molding Process Parameter Setting.

Knowledge about any trouble shoots & process related problem, ensure molding.

Reduce cycle time & molding cost.

To set and maintain optimum process parameters.

To maintain composition of material & reducing cost.

To take trials and establish process for the new mold and new materials.
