Job Profile:

Lead the group of 50 technicians on shop floor of Mould.

Suggesting modification of equipment for enhancement in Production, Product Quality, Product yield, ease of Operation

Planning improvement in Productivity, Product yield, Product quality, line utilization and reduction in Production cost.

Exposure for implementing 5S, Kaizen 

Generating various Reports / Data as required by Dept Head / Management

Essential knowledge of ERP System- Enterprise Resource Planning.

Identify existing and potential Non-Conformities in Product Quality, Planning and initiating Corrective and Preventive action (both long. term and short term) with assistance from Quality Department.

Identification of major reasons for Non-achievement of Targets and Planning & Implementing the corrective and preventive action (both long term and short term), So that the target is achieved. 

Implement Corrective and Preventive Action on the shop floor

Coordination with all the Dept.in order to achieve smooth running of the Production line             

To achieve molding cycle time  32 hrs for AE-40 V3 model and 24 hrs for AE-32V1S2 model.
