Handling the process of development for new products 

From designing validation of design out put, testing and commencing 

Production.

Cost Reduction in existing grades by substituting alternate additives

And different polymer grades.

Testing of PVC Compounds and various Raw materials used in Industry.

Color Matching of PVC Compound Master Batches.

Experience in processing of PVC Compounds.

Experience in Packaging of Compound.

During the last three years, I have made studies on additives used in PVC. Like Impact Modifier, Blowing agent, Flame Retardants, 

Ultra violet absorber, Anti ageing, Slip & Anti blocking agents, 

Nucleating agent, Anti static agent, Colorants

Study of Various stabilizers, like Lead base, Tin Base, Ba-Cd,

Ca-Zn, Ba-Zn for different applications. Their selection, Oases and applications.

Study of various internal & external lubricants for dynamic 

Stability, roll mill stability, Congo red heat stability and mould

Release properties etc. there selection and optimum doses for different

type of PVC compounds.

Study of different types of fillers like CaCo3, ATH, Dolomite, Calcinedclay, there Selection and doses depending upon the properties desired for the end product applications.

Selection of suitable organic or inorganic pigments for different applications based on toxicity and bleeding, blooming properties.

Evaluation of new vendors for additives to make the product cost

effective and of better quality.

Continue Improvement in Quality as per Customer Requirement.

Implementations of quality assurance across raw material,

work in progress and finished goods.

Modifying production operations and recipe of existing grades based 

On market feedback & trends.

Identifying product gaps and developing similar types of products to

serve market better in the current product portfolio with respect 

to those offered by competitors.

Studying market trends/requirements of customer and providing

Solutions/offers wide product range in close coordination with market teams.

Ensuring compliance to quality standards and maintaining all related Documents.

Conducting regular root cause analysis, troubleshooting & reviews to avoid recurrence of problems.

Identify the areas of improvements & recommending process Modifications & equipments /machines.

Presenting monthly progress report of new development, 

Improvements, competitor activities, additives etc.
