Job Profil:

Daily production planning and achieve production targets both qualitatively as well as quantitatively within given time.

Making  and updating daily production report, studying and analyzing the daily reports,

Raw material requisitions for month, reports to Production Manager.

Handling five extrusion lines as a production shift in charge.

Testing the pipe as per IS Standard.

Avoid frequent breakdowns by undertaking preventive maintenance of the machines. Plan the preventive maintenance schedule. 

Conduct trials for developments,  

Make and establish punches, die cavities and calibrators (Sizers) for new pipe sizes and pressure classes.

Improvement in process and quality performance through systematic evaluation of weaknesses and implementing new plans to address the same.

Knowledge of HDPE pipe quality Lab (Testing and inspection)
