Company Profile: Leading manufacturer of Automotive parts in India and abroad with a commercial toolroom and design centre catering to both domestic and international customers.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Tooling feasibility for both injection molds.

Product modifications for tooling feasibility.

Mould design and development of complex Automotive and Engineering plastics using high end DELCAM (POWER SHAPE 8.8 Version) and AUTO CAD. 

Client  interaction to understand their Technical requirements and feedback.

Preparation of part drawings with Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing.

CAD data translation and documentation.

Preparing corrective action report and tool modifications.

Electrode planning and leading a 5 member team for complex aotomobile tools.

2D and 3D desidning of connector molds.

Mold flow analysis reading skill for all complicated parts.
