Job Profile:

In Passenger Radial tyre building

Responsible for all the maintenance activities in Passenger tyre building area.

Responsible for tooling management .

Responsible for tyre building uniformity improvement.

Planning and executing PMS, TBM, CBM etc.

Responsible for Improving OEE and production.

Effectively Implementing TPM in our department.

Safety steward in tyre building Department.

Reviewing Department performance monthly and giving action plan and counter measures to reduce the Occurrences and delay time.

Handling 20 workmen and providing them proper techniques and methods to trouble shoot through on the job training, Modules, assignments, projects etc.



Core Competencies:

Proactively identifying areas of obstruction/breakdowns and taking steps to rectify the equipments through application of trouble shooting tools, spare parts planning, POKA YOKE and KAIZEN Implementation.

Planning and implementation of New Projects and Improvement Projects.

Executing cost saving  techniques/measures and modifications to achieve substantial reduction in O&M Expenditures and work within the budget.

Planning and execution of Computerized Maintenance Management System for Preventive Maintenance.

Cutting down maintenance time by MTTR, MTBF, CBM, TBM techniques.

Planning of predictive maintenance based on condition monitoring techniques such as statistical techniques etc.

Implementing various standards and ensuring effective management of spares.

Executing maintenance engineering strategies for the growth of the company.

Analyzing the field return failures and its causes and providing feedback to respective departments to reduce the same.

Analyzing the set up and change over time ,and giving action plan and counter measures to reduce the time. 

Participating in Production and quality improvement meetings & presenting the data?s and interacting with supporting departments to solve the online issues.
