As Senior Production Engineer of Rotor Blade Department report to the Production Head and works very closely with an assigned Plant Manager and the Marketing Team. 

Production planning & execution with effective manpower & job allocation (Work force ? 200).

To set and achieve target as per schedule.

Coordinating with materials Department for required materials and vendor / material suppliers also if any non-confirming material is supplied.

Coordinate with maintenance team for smooth functioning of all Machines & Equipments.

Cost optimization and cost reduction in relation with process.

Preparing daily production reports, weekly production reports & monthly production reports & deliver it to Management with measurement of critical issues.

Responsible for handling all SAP related activities
