Job Profile:

Controlling quality defect manually with the help of visual and instrument inspection checking daily production sheet and observe the problem which affected to Quality.

Assist to production engineer and solving internal NCR problems.

Collect the history data?s and making report with trend analysis about each quality of materials / NC?s and also drive the both Root cause analysis and CAPA for each vital / trivial NC?s. And calculate COPQ per blade. 

Doing continuous improvement projects in process and making project reports Using ? PFEMA, 8D, 7 QC Tools [SPC]( Quality Tools) with presentations to emphasis the ideas to authorized designers 

Monitoring the production activities (Laying, Rimming and Closing)

To Make and ensure when any NC (Non Conformities) arise it shall be closed as per SRM (Standard Repair Manual).

Updating the all the document details through SAP system using QM module.

Ensure that the quality processes are in line with the requirement of ISO standards.

Detecting and describing the Non Conformities (NC) on the products and giving corrective instructions and clearing the same.

To handling routine product quality function. Follow up for continual improvement.

To handle inspection, measuring and test equipment independently.

Conduct internal system audit and drive the improvement activities, KAIZEN, 5S, POKA YOKE and QC tool implementation

Final inspection of rotor blades with DNV

Incoming Raw material inspection for production.
