Job Profile:

Manage production activities at maximum efficiency and according to agreed quality standards and customer delivery targets. 

Implement and maintain manufacturing control systems including preparation and report

Co-ordinate with various levels of staff in ensuring that production targets and productivity levels are met and improved

Manage equipment maintenance functions and process improvement initiatives to minimize downtime and to reach maximum equipment utilization. 

Investigate and implement improvements to processes, productivity, quality, cost control, minimization of waste and customer service 

Ensure safe working conditions, compliance with relevant legislation, local requirements and environmental standards. 

Ensure smooth and efficient operation of production and line activities

Implement and maintain quality control systems and report on product quality adherence 

Assist in establishing and ensuring compliance of unit?s short/long term goal
