Machines Handled:

Injection Molding: 

L&T make Injection Molding Machines of Different Series like: DL, Dtech, Aswa, Stech, DT Servo, Ergotech & All Electric machines of Tonnages ranging from 60T to 350 T.        

Ferromatic Milacron: Omega 350 T & Electron 110 T.

Toshiba: All Electric Machines (from 100T-180T).

Auxillary Equipments:

MTC, Granulator, Robot(take up units), Chillers, Sprue granulators,

Hot air dryer, Dehumidified air dryer of L&T, Prasad GWK, NUVU make & 

Foil machines & hot stamping machine(Korean make).

Job Profile:

Attending all Breakdowns and preventive maintenance.

Maintaining the inventory for the spares & to develop new vendors for spares development.

Production planning including raw material planning.

To achieve the target volume of production.

Process optimization.

Implementation of new process for quality checking procedure.

Check & Control monthly production quantity & wastage.

Preventive maintenance of highly precious pen moulds.

Vendor development and technical support to suppliers. 

Management & Job Distribution to Supervisors. Utilizing all available resources Viz. Machine, Mould, Material and Manpower.

Co-Ordination with Q.A Dep't. to maintain desired quality of Products & Rejection Analysis.

Co-ordination with Tool Room for Mould Maintenance modification and rectification.

New mould trials.

Personal activities like employee?s motivation, Training of key shop floor personal, infusion of job dedication and teamwork spirit among workers & maintaining cordial relations with them.

Finding out new methods to improve efficiency & to increase productivity levels.

Responsible for Trials of new moulds & materials, freezing of Process Parameter Sheet.

Training Undertaken:

Participate in the training classes conducted by L&T DEMAG in Chennai in their M/c workshop for familaration of electrical & hydraulics maintenance in L&T machine, 2005.
