Job Profile:

Preparation of Process Plans for Manufacturing of Tool Elements.

Modification and Correction work of Moulds and Tools.

Check for mold flow evaluation 

Make tooling cost & time estimates 

Validation of Mould for approval at Supplier place.

Taking trials and follow up with customers for approval of components.

Tool trial & tool trouble shooting for new tool & production  running tool 

New Tool buy off & mould  installation  at plant 

RFQ for New Tool Development & modification 

Support to customer for good quality supplies.

Kaizen for regular tooling to reduce to rejection & cycle time 

Trouble Shooting of Plastic Moulds, Jigs & Fixtures.

Responsible for maintaining MTTR & MTBF targets 

Scheduling for Preventive & Predictive  Maintenance

Making and maintaining the critical spares parts for all moulds.
