I am independently looking two extruder at a time during the shifts, Manufacturing of ABS Polymer resins in Multi grades & Multi colors with the help of Single Screw & Twin Screw Extruders.

Production and on line trouble shooting for different grades of ABS compounds like Injection Molding grades, Sheeting grades heat resistant grades, Fire Resistant grades and ABS? PC Alloys / Blends, Glass filled grades for different customers

Mixing / compounding of Emulsion SAN & Bulk SAN with high rubber graft resins along with different color pigments & additives.

Handling manpower & distributing work among them for the optimum & maximum utilization.

Online Trouble shooting to minimize rejection.

Co-ordinate with other department like QA&R&D, Process during shifts.

Concern for safety, health & Environment and strict enforcement of safety norms.

Implementation of ?5 S? in plant area and surrounding
