The System at Packaging Film Plant before expansion project, includes

Two 3 layer-IBC, PLC based Blown Film Plants of 430 kg./hr. production capacity.

Two 3 layer-OBC, Blown Film Plants of 150 kg./hr. production capacity.

Five 4 color and two single color rotogravure printing m/cs & 4 Slitters.

I involved in the project since 01st November 2007 which provided me insight experience of Quality

Control and Quality Assurance, Production and Maintenance of Blown film plants, rotogravure printing machines up to 4 color, high speed slitting machines, chillers, compressors, cooling tower, DG Set & FAV.

Core team member from production for implementation and development of SAP system at Packaging Film Plant.

Successfully completed the GPCB consent process and maintaining the onsite monthly register as per the norms of M/s GPCB

Achieved 100% capacity utilization and reduction in downtime through better and planned preventive blown film plant maintenance.
