Process monitoring

M/C Down time analysis, to make plan of action and implementation,

To give Quality of product with zero defect

Effective control on manpower to get maximum output,

Physical inspection of raw material, Semi raw material & finished material as PVC& PE-compound, all testing record according to ASTM & IS method

Working with 5-S rule,

Checking MIS reports on daily, weekly & monthly basis,

Reduce process scrap & overall wastage achieve production target in terms of quality, quantity by maintaining process standard,

Communicate with different department (Maintenance, quality, supply chain, R&D)
