Project Undertaken

Degree Project:

Composite Based on Banana Fibers.

In this project I am trying to study about composite material that contain natural fibers and polymer. New composite that is based on Bnana  fibers.The banana fibers are obtain from the stems of banana tree.The extraction process give the banana fibers from stem. I wil use this fibers with different resins and their mechanical strength will check.



Diploma Project:

Manufacturing of Table Top Injection Molding Machine.

In this project I manufactured Injection molding machine that was very small in size that of a study table. It was called table top because it was possible to place it on table. This machine was mainly manufactured for middle class people who can think to be an entrepreneur but the machine cost was major obstacle for them. The cost of machine was around 2.5 to 3 lacs. This machine is mainly used for small products like bottle caps.



Seminar

Processing of flouro polymers.

In this seminar nonconventional process for the flouro polymers was included 

Technical points on both the material (based on flouron) and the machinery (injection Molding) was included.



Other Activities 

Won second prize in Class Cleanliness Competition in Institute Of Diploma Studies.
