Job Profile:

Responsible for tool maintenance and servicing for production.

Press tool assembly and fitments.

Prevent the tools losses during production.

Maintaining tools spares and stocks.

Maintaining tool room records.

Attending the trial and proving the component as per the requirement.

Press Tools Which Includes Manufacturing, problem solving, troubleshooting for problems noticed.       



Abilities:

Maintenance of all types of press tools, jigs fixture.

Well trouble shooting knowledge in press tools

Maintaining tool history card.

Monitoring the tool losses in the production-taking preventive actions

Ensuring stocks and spares availability

Working skills in all conventional machines.

Awareness about QC, 5S, and ISO systems.
