Maintaining all store MIS report

Maintaining Daily receipt of all incoming material

Checking Purchase Order & Purchase requisition

Preparation of GRN/MRN/MIN for receipts, issues material in SAP

Quarterly physical stock verification for reconciliation of physical balance v/s system stock.

Maintaining  Stock of Cement, Diesel, Structural Item

Responsible for all Capital materials receipt & preservation

Responsible for Tagging of all incoming material.

Make arrangement for safe unloading of all incoming material.

Receiving of material is duly supported by Consignment Notes/LR, Packing List, Purchase Order, an inspection note, MSDS, TC, GC/WC, etc

Preparing LR through ZLRSCREEN for all SIT material in SAP

Make Stock Transfer Note & send material to other Branch whenever required.

Handling Manpower & subordinate of 30 persons for store related work.

Maintaining Z-gate Entry through SAP 

Reconciliation with the contractor for receipting & issuing materials

Keeping proper track for sending of Waybill, GRN, and Excise document to the Purchase & Account Dept.

Controlling & Monitoring of Receipts, Issues, Returns & Inspection of Materials

Claiming for damage & shortage delivery of materials with insurance company

Regular checking the balance of Bin Card with physical quantities in the bin.
